The Care Home Awards
The Care Home Awards are an annual benchmark of excellence and innovation for care home management, operations and delivery, celebrating the business of owning and running care homes in the UK
The commercial Care sector is growing fast in the UK as the population ages and other special needs demands grow. These Awards tease out brilliant examples of care homes, giving them due recognition and celebrating their success at a memorable Awards occasion.
The Care Home Awards open for entries on October 1 each year, with a final deadline date for entries of January 31.
Entries go through two judging stages – in February and March. A short-list of Finalist organisations is announced in February.
Because of the restrictions in place for the Covid-19 pandemic we have revised our plans for the 2020 Awards and the presentation of the Winners has been postponed until lunchtime on September 11.
Subject to the forthcoming review of restrictions we will either stage an event at a suitable venue or, more likely, we will send lavish hampers to all participants and stream the Awards presentation on the Internet. The celebrations will explode across the UK like a glorious firework with individuals and groups able to enjoy the online event locally. Any company or individual wishing to be a part of the celebration can book online using the normal booking form.
Please note: categories for suppliers that used to be part of the Care Home Awards will now be included in the Care Service & Supplier Awards, which are dedicated to recognising the brilliant products and services suppliers provide for the care sector.
You may well have an internal or external team to prepare your entries, but If you do need any help writing your entries, Boost Awards can give you independent advice. Boost works completely independently of the Awards and there is no commercial relationship between Boost and the Care Home Awards.
